• We have no control over rate/minute changes or good/poor connections. Rates are subject to change without notice by the service provider.

• If the rates on our website is different than the current rates by the providers, you have an option to exchange it with other brand that may have more minutes if that's important to you than specific brand. You can only have the most what the service provider is currently offering the most in minute wise.

• You can only exchange when the  the pin or pinless is unused.

• Using bad language in emails, threatening type of emails, not agreeing the terms and conditions are the direct violation of our policies and may restrict you to buy any calling related products from all of our sites.

• If you have any connection problem, you may directly contact to the service provider to resolve any issue or you may email us and we can contact them for you.
